Our Approach

Four stages from need to outcome

01

Define the occupational need

We begin with the target role, the population served and the competencies required for employment or advancement.

02

Structure the instruction

Learning objectives, practical exercises and assessment criteria are written against those competencies.

03

Deliver with supervision

Small-group instruction with supervised practice, safety and sanitation standards applied throughout.

04

Document the outcome

Attendance, practical assessment and completion records are maintained and reported to the sponsoring organization.
