Information we collect

We collect the information you provide voluntarily through our institutional inquiry forms: your name, organization, position or title, email address, telephone number, inquiry category, preferred contact method and the description of your needs.

We also receive standard technical information that web servers record automatically, such as the pages requested and the browser type used to access the site.

How we use information

Inquiry information is used to respond to your request, to determine whether ISPMU can provide the training, program development or sourcing assistance you are exploring, and to maintain a record of institutional communications.

We do not sell, rent or trade inquiry data. Information is not used for unrelated marketing.

Retention

Inquiry records are retained for as long as necessary to respond to the request and to maintain institutional records of partnership discussions. You may request deletion of your inquiry at any time.

Sharing

Where an inquiry concerns a service delivered by a related organization — for example commercial distribution or logistics coordinated with DefenderDiva Group — we will tell you before sharing your details for that purpose.

We may disclose information where required by law or to protect the rights and safety of the organization and its users.

Cookies and analytics

The site may use cookies or similar technologies that are necessary for it to function. If analytics tools are enabled, they are used to understand aggregate site usage and are configured with the consent and privacy considerations applicable in your jurisdiction.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct or delete the information you submitted, or ask that we stop contacting you, by writing to the email address below. We will respond within a reasonable period.

Student training

Course enrollment, tuition and student records are handled by ISPMU's student training division at ISPMUNYC.com, which maintains its own privacy practices.
