Mihyon D. Cha is a U.S. military combat veteran, professional educator and entrepreneur with extensive experience in specialized vocational education, permanent cosmetics and professional skills development.

Her background includes technical instruction, school development, educator qualifications and industry-focused career training. She founded ISPMU in New York in 2013 and directs the organization's educational mission, program development and institutional relationships.

Her professional focus is on building structured, standards-based training that prepares practitioners for real working conditions — with safety, sanitation and ethical practice treated as core competencies.

Jina Cha works across ISPMU's instructional programs, supporting technical instruction, practical demonstration and student assessment.

Her work includes delivering foundation and advanced coursework, supervising practice sessions and supporting instructor development across the school's technical curriculum.
